The question should be: Does Alabama or Mississippi State have a better baseball program?
Idk how Auburn fits in this category. Other than a few high profile players, they have nothing compared to UA or MSU.

Indeed. I'm surprised he even had the fortitude to include us since it must be so embarrassing for them.

Go ahead and get Auburn out of the picture. Congrats that bama is better at some things but lets tell the whole picture

the only advantage bammer has over state is regular season championships and the great majority of those championships came when absolutely nobody cared about college baseball

They also don't have this. State has 16 conference championships, not 10.

I just know the majority of bammers regular season championships came back in the 30's, 40's and 50's. Back when nobody cared about college baseball. Bama baseball hasn't been very good in modern times outside of a 5 or 10 period under Jim Wells

Palmeiro and Clark had good careers, but one will be known for steroids and Clark had some average stats (280 HR). Neither will be HOF selectees. The "Big Hurt" is already in, Hudson has a chance, and Bo was considered a HOFer if he would have stayed with the game only.

The all time stats are close between MSU and Bama but I give MSU the nod because they've been stronger and built up those stats over the modern history of college baseball from the 70s onward. Auburn baseball can't hold either school's jock strap and is only notable because they've had a few big time MLB stars.

Bama's 1997 baseball squad was similar to LSU in football in 2011.
