A&M was not loud at all in 2012 vs LSU

Just because y'all let your students have a bigger section doesn't make it better. Plus it doesn't seem that loud or crazy

Well. It's in prime real estate which makes a difference. Also, size does make a difference. I get that because our student section is 5 times larger than Auburn's that doesn't make it 5 times louder, but it does make it louder, and by quite a bit. And I've never seen a louder and crazier student section than A&M's. I haven't been to an Auburn game, but when A&M was scoring the most points anyone has ever scored in Jordan-Hare on the Tigers, Auburn's students were no where to be found.

It was about twice as loud as LSU was in 2013.

UGA may be heading towards OM territory with their socializing loving new student bodies (UGA's student body comes now almost entirely from the ATLANTA suburbs -many with no previous GA contacts). I hear plenty of complaints fro UGA diehards.

I'm not saying the Lsu student section hasn't been slacking lately, but I was at both games and personally disagree w these examples specifically.

I agree. USC's is great and they will even show up for Thursday or early kick-offs. Everyone is trying to copy sandstorm too. Its funny as hell when they try to do it in Starkville. I think the stadium being so far away from the Frat houses helps.

You've never been to Auburn so how would you know?

I was at both those games as well and I will stand by my statement. LSU's student section was 75% full, which made it what? 6,000 students? And it was rainy and boring, and y'all give your students really shitty seats in the corner. A&M's student section in the LSU game scored first and early, and was 30k strong. I think saying the 12th Man was twice as loud as LSU students is an understatement.

I can make an educated guess. How many seats is it? Do they stand the whole game? Where are the seats? I think A&M's advantage is so great in these categories, that even the drunkest gump haters wouldn't be able to band together to be louder.

So you don't know the answers to any of those questions and you're saying this subject isn't debatable? That makes sense.

Also why do y'all act like standing the whole game is a unique thing? Doesn't everybody in the SEC do that?

I would have to say Auburn. Several years ago a violent stiff dew, along with a game stoppage, came through and the stands were cleared. Most of the students stayed in their seats and raised hell. I want to say it was against W. Va.. That is a tough one to beat.

ETA: Even the game announcers were talking about its impressiveness.

Auburn fans can get The Plains absolutely rocking.

Seat capacity doesn't always correlate into the best student section. A&M is obviously up there, but you don't have an edge just because you have more students.

I don't know how many of us can really say because I highly doubt most of us have sat in other team's student sections.
I sat in Auburn's student section for the 2009 IB. Was pretty disappointed in the atmosphere throughout the game.

I'll probably get some shite for this, but I'm going to say South Carolina. I've seen them bring it whether they're having a losing season or a winning one.

Pretty sure most SEC schools do this.
