80s

Without question. Followed up by young adulthood in the 90's? It was ridiculously fun

Uh, nope. 80s hair was nasty.

Looking back I agree but didn’t think so at the time. Funny how your perspective can change so dramatically.

Also the heavy makeup especially thick blue eye shadow was disgusting. Thought so back then as well.

As for hair, the late ‘80s big but not feathered hair was a little better than the early ‘80s. Nobody outside Farrah Fawcett looked good in that.

In the 80s we knew nuclear holocaust was a real possibility

True about what we knew but anyone who doesn’t think that that is a possibility now is fooling themselves.

Ultimately it is an inevitability in the next few hundred years.

60’s. You should have been there.
Most people say "if you can remember the 60"s you probably didn't have a good time"

This.

The 80s was the worst decade for American cars of all time. Several American legendary lines of cars were destroyed in the name of "economical" to compete with the Japanese.

We had a ‘78 or ‘79 Monte Carlo - the only new car my parents ever bought. I remember two or three times being stuck on the side of the road on hot summer days. What a piece of trash that car was.

They lost a lot of customers to foreign brands because of the late ‘70s and ‘80s American cars they produced. Still paying the price for it even though American cars are reliable now.

Growing up in the ‘80s was great although it would be hard to go back to living before Internet, smart phones, GPS, and every football game being on TV.

I probably enjoyed the ‘00 the best even though I was in my 30’s. I was living in DC, didn’t have kids, had divorced the controlling lady who took my 20’s away from me, and just having a great time.
