If we are to believe that this was all true then we have got to be feeling good going into the A&M game.

I am just going by what everyone said going into the Florida game.

That having been said... I am not sure Bert has it in him push a team like that this year. He's looking more and more content to ride off into the sunset as a very rich man.

We shall see though.

If there's anyone we should compare our recruiting ground to, it's Oklahoma State. No reason they should be doing this well when they are in a less desirable place than we are

While this is true...He should be able to get higher caliber athletes on the OL.

The good O Line recruits he has gotten inexplicably get beaten out by true freshman walk ons.

Answer to your problem:
1. Jerry is not spending enough of his money or putting it in the right places. He needs to put more in on the Razorbacks and less on da'Boys.
He needs to write a check for the next coach, and wave another check in front of him as an incentive. So much for an SEC Championship, beating Bama twice in a row, CFP NC, etc.
2. You guys are not pulling talent out of Texas anymore. Look elsewhere, Ca, North Carolina, frickk, try New England. If the talent being produced at home is as you say, you have be looking in other places. Is Bert recruiting them big ole cornfed Baws from up Nawwth? If not, why not?
3. You have more of an older, larger number of established male alumni with financial means than alot of schools. This needs to used better. Marketing is being called out here. If FSU had this, or UFs, then they really would be a monster on the Midway. But you guys have it!
4. You guys have played some great football down through the years, if Hail State can win being 85 miles from Tuscaloosa, no reason you cannot win the SEC and do better nationally.
5. Last thing of note to all the SEC schools other than Bama, the team that positions themselves with the Coach and recruiting in the next 2 years will position themselves to be a major player in the SEC. This is actually a prime moment in history to be doing that. UGA has went all in, they made a move. Richt was an outstanding football Coach! Watch Miami in the next 2-4 Years.
6. Here is your chance Arky, come high or stay at home.

His problem is that he took a step down when he went to Arkansas and now he doesn't have more talent then most of his opponents like he did at Wisconsin. He is just not a good coach that's why his record against the top teams in e B10 was so bad. He can't coach up player or recruit them .

He hasn't seen his penis in years.

Neither has his wife. She's seen plenty of others though.
