It is amazing to me that we had to listen to Ole Miss fans (including some of your colleagues in this thread) talk shite for weeks, and now you want sympathy. Not ONE Ole Miss poster here acknowledged the impact of losing our starting senior center in the UM/Bama game. Just boasting and talk about how butthurt we are and how Ole Miss is winning

This comparison is bullshite because he nor Drake sustained their injuries in a way that prevented them from scoring the potential game winning TD.

Treadwell's was near the end of the game when he had put the team on his back for an awesome play. I don't want sympathy from anyone, but I've never seen a more crushing loss scenario.

Every OM fan I've seen (not really on here, but other message boards and social media) is using Treadwell's injury as a way to feel entitled to sympathy for them losing. I feel bad for him and hope he has a speedy recovery, but stop using his injury to think you're entitled to get a "pass" from any opposing fan joking at your team's fall from grace.

What I don't understand is the deep ingrained hatred Mississippi State people have for Ole Miss. It's like you can't even enjoy your own teams success without obsessing about anything and everything Ole Miss. Even the New York Times was discussing this week the "insecure hatred" MSU has for Ole Miss.

I met several Auburn fans in the Grove and in the bars on the Square last night. They were all very nice and gracious btw. They were talking about their trip to Starkville and how the MSU fans were more concerned about bashing Ole Miss than they were with the game that day.

This is even true on social media. I saw a bunch of GTHTSUNs on my news feed today when you should be enjoying your #1 ranking.

It's sad really. I kind of feel bad for your fans because we don't and won't return the level of hostility and childish anger to your fanbase that you dish out to us.

I don't feel bad. I knew the Egg Bowl would never decide the division and my prediction came true.

I actually don't hate Ole Miss. I have many friends that go there and I always enjoy myself in Oxford.

I haven't talked any shite on here or elsewhere about the game except my one post on FB, and there was a reason behind that, which was some douchey OM people I know have been running their mouths incessantly about how good they are and how much State really sucks so I wanted to rub it in a little. But what I said was in good taste and not disrespectful toward Treadwell but all I've heard through text messages since posting that is I'm an a-hole and insensitive blah blah blah.

You showed your arse worse than anyone. None of us care if you are "crushed". Remember how this feels next time Ole Miss is on top, and maybe you'll understand what it means to "act like you've been there before".

So is this where we are supposed to sit around the campfire with pankReb and RebelGator eating S'Mores and singing kumbaya? I know they are ecstatic with our being #1.

And I don't care that you don't care, and I don't want your sympathy.

You have to act more like a team that's been there before:

1.) You act like you don't care
or
2.) Tell them to frickoff!

Good thing Kaepernick didn't get hurt when he fumbled into the end zone to lose. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to make fun of the 49ers.

I haven't seen any Ole Miss fans say we can't be made fun of for losing.

There have been multiple posters freaking the frick out by people laughing at Ole Miss losing in heartbreaking fashion. Basically saying making fun of Ole Miss losing by fumbling in the end zone = making fun of Treadwell. People that can't separate one's making fun of Ole Miss losing in the last second by fumbling in the end zone from the fact that maybe the people making fun of Ole Miss can laugh at the loss while also feeling great sympathy for Treadwell. It's pretty hilarious (and pathetic) actually, so I guess it's not a big deal.

Oh and LOL at this. The Ole Miss fanbase is the single largest simultaneously sore vagina in human history at the moment.

Ok. That was not directed at you personally. But you know exactly what I'm talking about. I get it that generations ago Ole Miss was known as the "rich kids" school in the state. But that was before you or I were even born. The Mississippi kids that go to both schools today come from the same families. I just don't understand this animosity that State has for Ole Miss. And it is very real. After a while all these childish insults (ex: Dan Mullen talking about how he hates Ole Miss) just make you look silly and insecure.

It's a big enough deal for you to devote a lot of writing to the topic. Live it up dude, bathe in the tears and rub it in. I don't give a shite, but you're being a little bitch about it.

So he keeps writing so it must be a big deal to him. You keep responding, but you don't give a shite?

By the way, it's "devote", not "devout".
