Alabama has 3 SEC West titles this century, but ESPN has convinced America that Alabama is the greatest ever.

When did SEC West titles become all LSU fans care about? I guess when Alabama has won as many national titles in four years as LSU has won in 120+, well, that stings.

It is more an indictment of ESPN than anything else. A few talking heads convinced the lazy media that the Heisman is a lifetime achievement award and a QB with 7 games less than 180 yards passing is worhty. These same players pushed bama as still being the best team in the country, yet their resume proves otherwise. Again, how hard will ESPN push teams for the 4 Team Playoff to get the matchups they want ?

Auburn beating Alabama at home, on a fluke play, after being dominated the whole game does not prove that Alabama is not the best team in the country. Lmao. Sometimes better teams lose to lesser teams; otherwise, nobody would watch the sport at all.

Dominated the whole game, I guess 296 yards rushing means nothing. Hell, you could get a job at ESPN with that logic

Fluke play, score was tied and would have gone into OT. AU had the Momentum. Keep telling yourself on how great you are.

People that say that know nothing about football. Missing that long a FG is predictable, and the run back by Davis was a CALLED play. Saban was simply out coached - and in the post game interview he himself questioned the FG attempt.

Not because ESPN didn't try.

Except for ONE time...Bama seasons...in a nutshell..."lose it's biggest game...then pretend it didn't happen...because Bama looked great in losing...and then bootstrap themselves up by "the tough SEC gauntlet" despite year in and year out having one of the weakest SEC schedules..."

So, naturally, toughest test in 2012 was against #15 Texas A&M? Not on the road at #5 LSU or on a neutral field against #3 Georgia? Sweet logic, loser.

Well, when that's basically your whole offense it isn't as impressive as you make it sound.

I believe Bama had about 500 yards of offense to Auburn's 400. So, yeah, 25% more offense on the road is pretty dominating. Do you know what math is?

Now bammers are claiming victory based on total yardage. How far has the "Dynasty" fallen.

With Bama, it is not about quality of wins, rather quality of loss. See 2011.

I know you're used to putting things in your mouth, but don't put words in mine. Bama has won games that the other team dominated: see, e.g., 2012 LSU.

Home loss to a 19 point underdog in November. See 2012.

For everything right about AJ, he wasn't worthy of the Heisman.

Is this really an issue in Alabama (the state)? He didn't have a chance of winning but he has 'Heisman Invitee' on the resume, which is an honor well earned. He'll probably finish 37-3 (?), has conducted himself well, with no controversies attached to his name. You guys won, are conference champions, with a shot at the NC. What's the big deal, seriously?

Lets all point and laugh at the guy that hid in bushes and took pictures of high school football players getting into cars.
