You don't make a great point at all considering how ridiculous his other stats are and what he can do. He isn't supposed to be a regular DB in our scheme. You over looking the game changing plays and what he actually does on the field for this defense and team is either extremely ignorant or you are trying to hard to make up a criticism.

He's a smaller Javier Arenas, who, by the way, may be my all-time favorite Bama player.
Congrats, he was in NY for the Heisman. If you think he's one of the 5 best players in america, you don't know football.

My favorite thing is to ask Bama fans where would you rate Tyrone Prothro if he would not have gotten injured. The rankings vary to somewhere between a Jerry Rice to a hybrid Randy Moss-Megatron-Art Monk.
They are masters of correctly rating players. Deion ... overrated. Now Simeon Castille ... that's a gamer who could play. Reminds me of a slightly better Charles Woodson.
Alabama on the front of your jersey is the ultimate equalizer when ranking players.

You cant be taken seriously if you compare Mathieu to Javier arenas. I'm embarrassed for you for that comparison.
Look at Mathieu's stats and tell me who is even close to a comparison. I'm waiting.
