The Ole Miss game is honestly irrelevant to our national championship hopes, as crazy as that sounds.

Arkansas has no shot of making it to the SECCG.

Has Jon Ham posted the 08, 09, and 10 rushing stats from LSU/Arkansas the past three seasons is this thread?

We do know Bama crushed Arky and Arky played Ole Miss and Vandy tight on the road. But let's pretend.

If LSU loses to Arkansas, LSU would still be more deserving of a trip to Atlanta than Bama. Bama's claim to fame is a win @ Penn State and a win at home over an injury depleted Arkansas team that was not playing at the level that it is now. Penn State has not beaten a ranked team all year and has lost to both ranked teams they have faced. LSU beat Bama @ Bama, and beat Oregon on a neutral field. Even if LSU were to lose to Arkansas, LSU's body of work and head to head win over Bama trumps Bama's resume and fact Bama had the SEC title run through Tuscaloosa but still couldn't close the deal.
Bama fans want to say that Arkansas has no chance and shouldn't be in the conversation, but then turn around and use their win over Arky as a way to legitimize their ranking. Which is it Bama? Is Arkansas a pretender or is Arkansas a powerhouse that makes Bama deserving of a trip to Atlanta? Even if Arkansas is currently a powerhouse, we definitely weren't earlier in the season with half of our d-line injured, with our two top RB's injured (Johnson and Green), and with Arkansas breaking in new o-linemen.
Arkansas will have had to play @ Bama and @ LSU, beaten a team equal to Penn State on a neutral field (A&M is as good or better than Penn State regardless of record), and will have beat the top ranked team from the East who Bama didn't have to play (USC).
If Arkansas beats LSU, LSU should not fall out of the top 3 and Arkansas should jump Bama. The only thing keeping Bama up there is their preseason ranking and media hype, which is ridiculous.
Why do you post stuff like this? This is as bad as your "SEC replay officials screw us on all replays". Just stop...please.

Been outa range for a while. Can someone tell me the outcome of that Arkansas and Bama game? Heard we won but just trying to confirm.

Let's settle it with a FG kick off. LOL

LSU has the most impressive resume even if they would lose to Arkansas.
If LSU loses to Arkansas, that resume really goes to shite.

If this is true, then Bama's resume is already shite b/c Bama's best win is over Arkansas.

Given the premise because we lost on the road and both LSU and Bama would have lost at home Arkansas should go to the SECCG.

Unfortunately for Arkansas, where the losses occurred will have little or no impact; none in the computers and little on the poll voters.
The only real question is whether LSU falls below Arkansas in computers. The computers will likely keep LSU higher than Arkansas, and absent a complete meltdown in the polls, LSU will likely still be ahead of Arkansas in the BCS rankings. Itseems unlikely that Arkansas will gain enough in the computers to overtake LSU and LSU won't likely fall far enough in the poll votes to allow Arkansas to jump LSU in the BCS, even if Arkansas jumps LSU in the human polls. That is very bad for Alabama as well.
The only real question, then, is whether Arkansas can jump Alabama in the BCS to get to the head to head with LSU. The general thinking seems to be, no.
