Well we only lose to ourselves and we lost a lot of ourselves to the draft. I think that means we are going undefeated

But you just filled yourselves with new recruits to beat yourself.

Last time in JHS, LSU won

Yes.

This year in BR, Auburn made every LSU fan I know sweat a little in the second half

Dude, that wasn't "sweat", it was dew.

We started too slow, if we would have had another quarter, I think we would have pulled it out. If we would have played you later in the year, I feel like we'd have beaten you. We didn't define our offense until 2nd half in BR. That's when we got our identity.

Now that's just flat out sad.

34-28! IF only your team had executed better, they would have had their opportunity to be picked apart by Famous Jameis!

Gus's offense averages 20 pts/game against Alabama. Genius.

As long as the 2011 Alabama defense and Auburn offense aren't meeting again, I fail to see how that game is relevant.

This is just pre-season prognosticating based on all 3 teams being very good and homefield advantage. Obviously, if LSU and Alabama suck at QB, then AU should have an open door to the Championship.

You forgot the part where Florida beats LSU, and Alabama beats Florida! The West will run through Jordan Hare again.

A team hasn't won the SEC in back to back seasons in a very long time. I don't see that changing this year.

Auburn does not handle being a favorite very well, and they seem to never have two good years in a row.

Only 2 teams have won the SEC Championship game 2 years in a row:

Absolutely insane statistic!
Yet SEC detractors will say that the SEC is "1 or 2 great teams and then not much else", yet, not once since 1998 has there been a back to back SEC champion.
Crazy!

Auburn won 55 games over a five year period from 03-07, including following up a 9-0 2004 SEC record with a 7-1 record in 2005 (lost the head to head with LSU).

it can happen... we'll see.

I am certain when I say - Gus is next. I'd bet on it.

Well, yeah, I am certain that Gus will be the next ex-Auburn Head Coach as well, considering that he is the only current Auburn (football) head coach, kind of the only way that can work, ya know?

Doesn't change the fact that if Gustafsen starts losing, they will then on him. Happens everywhere.

Ain't that the truth?
Heard my fair share of irate bammers talking about what a "bonehead" saban was within minutes/hours of the iron bowl loss.
Wasn't until FSU beat Auburn in the BCS game that some of them cooled down a little. Not sure why that had anything to do with anything, but it was the case.
