Doesn't mean they won't get good in 2017. They were good in 2014 and 2015. Plus he will be facing at least some really good defenses in 2017. My original comment was that his numbers were good as a freshman but those teams had absolutely shite defenses.
I also said I think he's going to be good. My original comment was just as a joke because of how bad those defenses are.

That's why I want to know more about the team around him
We return 8 starters on defense, the second most experienced OL in the SEC, 7/8 of our top rushers, and some inexperienced but very very talented WRs.
Suffice to say we aren't getting love solely based on Stidham like your OP implies. His talent may be what's pushing us over the edge to getting hyped as a top 10 team. But this is a team that's good enough that we could start Sean White at QB and potentially win 10 games if he stayed healthy.

That would be awkward for you to abandon you own thread.

Everybody here is an idiot, so that doesn't hurt my feelings.
Everybody here considers you a thin skinned old man. Which is impressive considering how sensitive this place is in general.

For me? Maybe if you could try not getting butthurt 24/7 and learn to take a joke and keep reading past it then you'd realize that more often than they don't my posts contain facts and stats and are overall pretty truthful. Now if that happens to be about another team and the fans of that team don't like it because they can't accept things like their new HC has a horrible track record and their program has a pretty dismal history overall, and they call me a troll over that well I can't really help that, can I?

Yes, Auburn has a new HC
You need to work on this whole "comeback" thing

Linebackers are still good. DBs are still good. RBs are still good. Dline should still be good. Online should still allow us to run the ball, pass protection could be iffy. There's talent at WR. There's talent at QB.
Plus we don't even have to get to midfield to be able to score

1. I defended you in the current thread asking for your banishment on the help board

That's a huge compliment coming from him. Maybe one day if you put in some effort you'll actually matter around here. You seem to have some natural talent, but you'll probably just waste it being lazy and never accomplish anything with it (much like Johnny Manziel)

You aren't very good at this

Stidham looked good enough that we were interested in him.
The problem with Auburn is that you can just never tell with Auburn. If people predict them to win the natty they end up with a losing season. If nobody expects good things, they end up winning a natty.
