Many of the students at EVERY college in America in the 50's and 60's had parents who were products of the great depression. This isn't unique to AU.

If you are trying to claim that those students in the 60s, 70s, and 80s were first generation college grads, while simultaneously claiming they grew up in this state to parents from the great depression, how do you explain the students who went to AU from 1859 through 1959? Did NONE of their children decide to follow in their parents' footsteps and attend AU?
