Yeah, it's a federal offense to make kissy noises at service dogs and then call their owners a bitch when they overreact to it
That's 2 offenses. Hopefully they'll get out in 10-15 with good behavior.

in some states I think it's illegal.

The likelihood of a woman having ptsd from combat roles is unlikely. This woman was probably a fobbit which is where she belonged. Sound's like bunch of BS to me.

Well Auburn isn't in Califonia, thank God. And I don't think whistling or making kissy noises at a service dog constitutes harassment or obstruction. The woman in question says herself it happens all the time (it is a dog), she just happened to be in a bitchy mood right then and told them to stop.
