My mind is fuzzy…what player in the NFL starting as a QB did BP prepare?

Well Off the top of my head Teddy Bridgewater who looked promising as a rookie. Ryan Mallet seems to be the starter heading into this season for the Texans although really that's a toss up. So possibly 2.

Yep, but lets be honest when is the last time he was honest?

Funny that you mention that. Louisville has another QB committed for this class, and BP told him that he was the only QB they were recruiting for this class.

You believe BP is responsible for TB. Mallet won't start.

Why is everyone obsessed with the NFL? There are other careers available. Auburn players are perfect for a future in high school coaching.

I'm completely serious. As a matter of fact it's an extremely common opinion. You would definitely be in the minority thinking he looked bad.

Honestly idk. But he was the coach when Teddy was there so....

and Mallet wont start...there isn't anything 100% but I would be willing to bet money he will. Who is he competing with? Tom Savage? I'm sure most people don't even know who he is. Because he isn't good. Mallet will probly start. Maybe he will suck balls in the nfl. Maybe he will be good but he will most likely start because they really dont have much else.

The opinion of a 17 year old kid = developing a perception!

Well, 17 year old football players are annually the most important target audience for any football program so... yeah, probably not a good impression to give off.

It's not just anywhere that you're exposed to such valuable coaching techniques as these:

You realize Charlie Strong was the coach of UL for TBs last year there right?

Well like I said in my previous post I said I didn't know the details. So i'm not pretending to know everything about that situation. All I remember was Teddy Bridgewater playing at least a year there under Petrino. So he had to at least contributed a little....Even if a lot of it was Coach Strong.

You missed the part about being ONE kid. Gus hasn't had any problems attracting top notch QBs.
And the OP added his own interpretation of that situation as a troll.

That has vocalized it. I guarantee you he didn't arrive at that perception on his own. And if he did, you can bet others have, too.

Defensive players for sure. Gus would rather climb a razor blade mountain than play a game that turned into a defensive struggle. He doesn't give two sh*ts about defense and never has. His ticket to a college coaching job was his disdain for defense. He used a Rugby philosophy to speed up offenses never intended for american football. Now the NCAA is allowing him to use the same unwritten rules to handicap defenses. It's ruining college football and not preparing kids to play NFL defense.

Oh okay. Well than I take that part back. Like I admitted earlier I really don't care much about BP or Lousiville I don't keep up with them.

I still stand by Bridgewater showing he can be a franchise qb in his first year and that Mallet will most likely start for the Texans.

So scratch that....1 qb. not 2.
