That's a good point. Why did they blow a-hole so hard last year?

Was it players or corch?

both, lots of freshman / soph and a bad DC

anything being discussed here about who should've started or why someone shouldn't, or has it just gone the secrant way and has all the usual suspects bickering?

Two things:

1. I would rather have incredibly talented and physical freshmen like Robinson (RFr) and Young (Fr) on the OL learning on the job than little-talent upper classmen (I name no names) like we did last year, and

2. The Stache is NOT fricking around.

Robinson is awesome. LSU should be very jealous.

If Robinson was so talented, he would have played last year.

Greg Robinson

still so mad

You obviously didn't see him play in HS. He was horrible at RT much less LT against SEC DEs. He was talented but the epitomy of raw. I have an OL full of all conference type studs, why would I be mad about a 3rd string OG for us? Don't let facts get in the way, though.

If I ever get the temptation to wander over and visit the Tiger Rant, would some kind Auburn fan please put a bullet in my brain first ?

I'd rather die violently of sound mind at my current age than to live every day of my remaining life bat-shite-in-the-belfry Grade-A insane.

Thanks!

Such sweet concern over our team.

Fact is That MSU averaged 5.2 per carry. 350ish yards on the ground against the DL/Lb. A total of 531 yards.

It's not like your defense was tops. So concern should be there.

And Auburn averaged 6.5 ypc against yours and you lost your best lineman and leading rusher. What's your point?

Thank you for making the point.

You did put a lot of yards up. But that was with a more experienced OL. You don't have that now. That's the point.

2011 OL returning starts - 15
2012 OL returning starts - 35 - 22 if Dismukes doesn't play

And anyone claiming that RT will downgrade because of a TF starting didn't watch a second of AJ Green play last year.

It was hardly more experienced. We had a converted TE at LT, a guy with a bum ankle at RT, a freshman at C, a RFr at G and a mediocre JR at G.

The talent on this line is just much better than what we had last year, especially at the tackles, even though they're that much younger. Are they going to come out and play like a bunch of seasoned vets? Probably not, but there's infinitely more potential in what we're putting out there this year instead of last year.
