LSU fans LOVE to talk shite, it's a statewide tradition, when my truck drivers show up from New Orleans, usually the first thing they say is something like "Wut cho Aggies gunna do dis year boy?" "Weeee gunna whip dat Aggie arse agin dis year boy, mark my words" Then I get a big old hug or slap on the back

Yes, talking shite is DEFINITELY one of their cultural traditions. I worked for almost two years on a project in the Houston ship channel. Somehow or another I ended up with a radio with which I could listen to the ship and boat captains going by. Those Louisiana guys would STAY on the friggin' radio, just talking shite back and forth to each other. I don't know why they didn't get reprimanded. They kept the channels clogged with unnecessary noise. The thicker their accents the more they talked. Couldn't understand 10% of it. It was obvious that the more Cajun they sounded the more they liked to hear their own voices. That's all they were doing. Listening to their own cajun voices. Whatever floats your boat I guess. Whatever.

This is why it's good to be back in Tiger country... it was almost impossible to talk shite to people who only cared about the gddamn Cardinals and Royals.
