Why is losing to Ole Miss considered a bad loss?
They're obviously a Top 20 team in terms of quality. Yeah I understand they were undermanned against LSU and are young, but they beat a decent Texas team 44-23 in Austin. Their only losses are by 1 score @Auburn and by 3 to A&M in a game that could've gone either way.
Bama's 25-0 win over Ole Miss is only going to get better. Wouldn't be at all surprised if they finish 9-3.

Let's take a closer look:
Miami beat Florida by 5, North Carolina by 4, and Wake Forest by 3.
Against the top defenses they faced:
Florida State (#4 scoring defense) - Scored 14
Florida (#10 scoring defense) - Scored 21
Wake Forest (#20 scoring defense) - Scored 24
North Carolina (#65 scoring defense) - Scored 27
Virginia Tech is #8 in scoring defense
Duke is #36 in scoring defense
Duke has the wierdest collection of stats I've seen all season. They gave up more points in their two losses (96) than in their six wins combined (84)

Tbh, I wouldn't have an issue with the polls if Bama was ranked 3rd. I think that, if Bama wins out, they would have earned a right to play for the MNC over any other current undefeated team that also runs the table. So to me it's really a non-issue at this point.

As much as I hate bama, they are undefeated and are won back to back NCs. Regardless of how they look or how good other teams look, Bama is #1 until somebody beats them.

I'm not obsessed with anything. I pull for bama in every game but one. There are also far more bama fap threads than all other fan bases combined.
