I root for all the SEC teams to win even LSU (btw frick LSU) because the stronger the conference the better even if it makes it a harder row to hoe to win the SEC

i usually pull for the SEC teams, but it has more to do with spite than it does SEC homerism. for years, i listened to blowhards tickling the nutsacks of miami, ND, USC, UM, OSU, OU, nebraska, etc, while treating the SEC as an afterthought, despite most of those listed programs going their schedules (relatively) unchallenged. when bama played miami in '92, the stroke-fest reached epic proportions, and i finally said "frick this" & hoped any non-SEC teams would suck the gaspipe from that point on. you won't hear me chanting "SEC! SEC! SEC!" or anything ridiculous like that.... but over the years, i got so sick of my conference being unfairly minimized, i can no longer bring myself to pull for anyone outside of it. even bama & UGA, crazy as it sounds, but it's more of a "big picture" thing to me...

Pulling for every SEC team including Bama. Being the new kid on the block I haven't developed a deep hatred yet except I'm working on it for mini-USC.

I rest my case. BAMA doesn't need "SEC" selling points. Saban's first full year recruiting class was built at the beginning of the SEC run of dominance. It was a top five ranked class and it was built on BAMA not the SEC.

That's undermined if we lose in bowl season. So I pull for every SEC M team unless there's some circumstance where a loss directly benefits A&M.

Normally, I don't GAF about any team but LSU. I don't care too much about the games individually, but I would be lying if I said it wouldn't make me slightly happy to see the SEC go 9-1 in bowl games this year or even 10-0.
The 1 game I'm torn on is Bama/OU. If Bama was playing someone else, say, UCF or Baylor, I'd pull for UCF or Baylor. But Stoops is a bitch and I don't like him talking shite about the SEC, so a small part of me even wants to see Bama beat the dogshit out of OU as hard as it is to "cheer" for Bama.
Conversely, if the SEC finishes something like 7-3 in bowls, I'll be just fine as long as LSU is one of the 7 wins. If Duke beats A&M, would not bother me in the least either.

I always pull for the SEC. Can't stand when the "experts" think other conferences are on par with the SEC. Regardless if LSU is the best, the conference is.
