I made a thread before the season about how this year was just going to be lagniappe...

I'm alright with how things turned out.

I'll be okay either way.

I don't get nervous until Alabama is trailing with 3 or 4 minutes left in a game. Until that point, my confidence is always sky high. Even when Alabama were trailing Georgia 21-10, I still felt there was no way Alabama was losing that game. I am really not even that anxious right now. It will hit me like a fricking wrecking ball come game day though.

I've been nervous from the jump, but this actually makes me feel better. I'm hoping this was a wakeup call to anyone on the team that's been too cocky to realize that the Domers are gonna give us a good game.

Those other 94 plays don't count.

LSU didn't get out played but Miles snatched t he win out of the hands of the players. I don't think Saban will throw the ball 3 times in that situation.

Are the corndogs just a little anal?

I think it is normal to feel a little nervous before a National Title game. Has nothing to do with LSU and UF.

I'm nervous. But it has nothing to do with the performances of LSU or Florida in their respective bowl games. This is the national championship game, the biggest game of the year. Even if we were playing a team like UAB in this game, I'd still be nervous for it.

Are the gumps getting nervous? I sure do hope you are. I realize now that Les Miles is the most inept coach in all of college football so all I can do now is root against Alabama and Saban and keep wishing upon a star that Saban would grace the sidelines in Baton Rouge again. I am so pathetic.

Qb play or lack there of has been the secs downfall. Bama has a qb who plays well under pressure . No problem

No. LSU shitting themselves has no effect on Alabama.

When you have coach Saban you don't worry about your team "showing up."

I'm nervous because I am always nervous whenever the Tide plays anyone with any chance to win. My edginess is not made any worse by how other SEC teams performed, or not, in their bowl games.
