Was LSU worried about Bama last year?
Hell no! All they knew is that Les beat Nick in BDS and they had confidence coming off their first ever undefeated regular season.

I won't ever forget the LSU players right before kick-off of the BCSNC game standing on their sideline with their chests blown up, talking smack, bobbing their heads, and taunting the Bama players.

The fans and the players had a ton of confidence and attitude before the Tide extinguished their fire. Their confidence lingered on for a while in that game. Until it became painfully obvious that Jefferson couldn't move the ball and Lester absolutely refused to put in Lee at QB..............

No. Bama won't have the focus issues UF obviously suffered from and Saban isn't an asshat like Miles so we're good.

The SEC's inability to close in the bowl season has no effect on Bama. The matchup is still the same and Bama has the advantage in the most efficient QB in the nation, the best RB duo ND will have seen, and the best OL ND will have seen.

Notre Dame's offense has nothing Bama hasn't dealt with before.

They are going to "try" to throw in some quirks on us, I'm just not sure Kelly has the horses to run his Cincy offense at ND just yet. We'll see.

Nervous?

A bit, yes.

With the National Championship on the line, I'd be a little nervous about playing Sister Mary's School for the Blind.

But Bama has beaten Florida and Georgia numerous times in the last 6 years since Saban's been here. UF/UGA/LSU aren't doormats, what's your point?

You know the point....YEARLY SCHEDULE!!! LSU, FLorida and even Georgia consistently play a tougher SEC schedule than BAMA....you know it and all other 13 teams in the SEC know it. Vandy, Kentucky, Tennessee, oh my!!
