As a Gump in the office told me "Alabama doesn't lose any game they want to win..."
So there you go.
So there you go.

I'll get a little nervous Monday. It's hard to focus on a game you've been waiting a month for.Hope the players are handling it better than I am.

I'm nervous, but it has nothing to do with other team's coaching ineptitude.

I'm not nervous in the least. Saban has Bama playing in their 3rd BCSNC in 4 freakin years - - our coaches and our players are well versed in doing what it takes to win championships, they know they have to do their job.

It is obvious most gumps have not watched a single ND game this year and get all their collective knowledge from a combination of ESPN and gump fan internet circle jerks.
Just a few facts from this season:
Alabama's defense gave up 550 yards to LSU, a team with an offense and QB far worse than Notre Dame. Mettenberg had his best game EVER versus Alabama this year, and Alabama's ability to contain mobile quarterbacks (e.g. Johnny Football) is not very good.
ND will be the best defense Alabama has faced this season and only the second top 10 team Alabama has faced all year. Maybe you should remind yourself how Alabama struggled against the LSU, primarily in the second half, before the Mad Hatter gave the game away.
ND has already beaten 4 top 10 teams (with 3 top 5 defenses) this season. ND has the hardest schedule of any BCS team (17th hardest composite schedule vs. Alabama's 49th hardest schedule.)
You gumps can keep your collective head in the sand, but you will have a rude awakening coming to you on Monday night.

Georgia has the 79th best run defense in the country, which is not the quite the same as ND's #1 run defense.
FYI, ND's opponents have run the ball 24 times in the red zone this season for a total of -28 yards.

Was LSU worried about Bama last year?

At the time a 4-5 Pitt.

I watched yall struggle with BC and a hapless USC team without Barkley, the same one that got destroyed by Ga Tech. I also know yall got taken to 3 OTs by Pitt And that you would've lost if they hit a 30 yard fg.

Statistically the rush defense of ND will be better then most teams Alabama has played, probably all....
but the rush offenses ND played there was only 1 top 10 the rest were 50 or above if I'm not mistaken.
It will be interesting to see how the game plays out
