You were clearly insinuating that recently Alabama plays Vandy and Kentucky more often than Florida.

Yes.

Last 10 seasons including this one, Alabama has played UK 3 times, Vanderbilt 3 times, and Florida 6 times.

2 of those Florida games were the SECCG. I guess I should have known to be more specific. 6 - 2 =4.

The OP asks if Bama fans are nervous about playing Florida this season. Obviously, Bama is playing Florida this season, which is the point of the thread. My reply was about who Bama has played, not who they are playing this season as a suggestion as to why Bama fans might be nervous about playing Florida this season. 4 - 1 = 3.

Now, notice that I said "Vandy or Kentucky," meaning collectively.

During the time frame you provided, 3 + 3 = 6 total regular season games against Vandy or Kentucky versus 3 regular season games against Florida.

Because in recent years, they have usually played Vandy or Kentucky instead.

It's because you rarely play them.

That would be Uga and Bama that have not played in a while. Get your facts straight.

Very excited. Am also liking the idea of appearing a little vulnerable. In all honesty these last handful of years haven't been overly exciting with having to beat everyone by 4 touchdowns. Just winning a game is nice to get back to. A lot more enjoyable.

Now that's a spin job even the most veteran of politicians would be proud of.

I commend you for trying to bring the schedule threads back from the dead though. The SECRant just hasn't been the same without them.

You posted incorrect information and got called out on it. Nothing more, nothing less. It's okay, happens to the best of us. The backtracking and spinning is always worse than the initial mistake though.

From a Florida perspective Bama will be a test, likely Florida's 2nd or 3rd hardest game in the regular season. It'll likely be, 1 score game either way.

As a Bama fan I'm nervous for ever game. I see 7 SEC teams on our schedule who could hypothetically beat us if we play poorly and they play good.

I think the "or" means you weren't meaning collectively.

LOL. We changed back to the spread and scored 3x our average last year. I guess that's ordinary.
