With this being the Game of the Century and your biggest game of the year,
IMO it wasn't Bama's "biggest game of the year." I've been saying that before the season even started that I thought LSU would still be the team to beat in the West to get to the SECCG.

Not saying that I thought that A&M was a bad team it's just Bama usually always gets LSU's "best game." It just seems Bama and LSU saves almost everything they got for that November game...

Then Bama usually uses the rest to win the SECCG and the BCSCG...

Meh. Alabama has been in plenty of bigger games than this one in the last two years alone. This one may have ranked top 10 since 2009.

Sorry if it was the most important game in TAMU history. It was just another SEC game for Alabama.

Prediction: LSU will be top 5 by the time we play and THAT game will be bigger than the TAMU game.

I agree..

I was talking with a fellow Bama fan yesterday about how the Bama/LSU game will be the game that Game Day will be at. I see both teams being undefeated coming into that game and it possibly being as big as the 2011 game.

I have had to narrow my Bama game attendance down this year to two games and it's Ole Miss and the LSU game.

I'm thinking about dressing up a little for the LSU game...maybe like the "Bear" walking dead...

I have a question about that clip with JFF trying to tackle. Wasn't he leading with his head? If he had been successful, I wonder if he would have been ejected for personal foul.

If I was Sunseri and I saw that JM had his head at knee level, I would have tried to run through it.

Sometimes you even rest during the SEC Championship and still win the NC.

I thought the overall tailgating for the game was weak. There really wasn't any electricity in the air for such a big game. May have had a lot to do with the heat and the 2:30 kickoff. It was funny to see all the students carrying gallons of water instead of cases of beer.

Please! We plan on having 3 games this year that will be much bigger than this one. Starting with LSU.

We only got 6K due to the stadium expansion loophole. I can promise you all 6 were gone because the tickets never got past executive donor level at Bama and the upper, upper deck was all Bama fans. In 90K seats, 6K doesn't look like much. When we get 10K, you'll notice a difference. Plus, we don't make a lot of noise before the game either so you don't pay as much attention to us as you would other schools that have been mentioned.

With all the hype about Bama fans taking over it was pretty underwhelming.

Where the frick did you you see widespread talk of this? You saw one post about it somewhere and turned that into "all the hype".

That's because one of our donors gave millions to you to get a block of tickets.

And y'all didn't even say thank you

Its hard to consider y'all a "game of the century" when we won a BCSNCG a couple of months earlier...and I sure wouldn't say it was our biggest game of the year.

Thats cute that you thought so though...really.

What do you mean "acted"? We did own it.

Y'all really do act like you own the place when you visit. We're so used to you that we take down the Commonwealth Stadium sign and put up Tiger Stadium in its place.

Course, y'all spend a shitload of money so it's all good.

It's against nature to play football in 100 degree heat index. Just brutal.

Maybe if ya'll would build some hotels, fans might show up in droves. Staying in Houston and driving is a nut kick. Ya'll need to get up to speed with SEC standards brah.

Bama fans historically don't travel well to Big 12 schools.

This is against SEC religion, "no matter what the temp is."
