Probably false, but it doesn't matter either way on the field. The line started playing better when Lindsay entered the lineup.

I find it hard to believe he would have injured it in practice and already have an MRI on it. They usually wait a day or two.
You can typically have a good idea right after it happens.

Non-Alabama fans may not know this, but our offense performed significantly better when Kelly was out earlier in the year and Lindsay was our starting Center.

He's shorter but he's more stout against the point of attack. If anything our run game will improve with him in there.

Suttles says he was injured and will need a MRI. The trainers can generally tell without it though.

Saban's weekly press conference is at noon tomorrow. It'll be confirmed one way or the other in less than 18 hrs.

Down the starting center, and have a hobbled left guard.

Kelly shouldn't even be the starter though. Lindsay has out played him this year. Kelly can't move big DTs. I hate it for him, but I'm glad we have to start Chad now.

It honestly seemed like something clicked with this offensive line when Lindsay came in. I think I remember reading somewhere that one of the players said something about Lindsay's attitude being what the OL needed, but I could be remembering wrong.

I don't want to brush the loss of Kelly off as nothing, but this isn't the devastating blow to Alabama that losing CyKo or Steen would be.

This is what I'm Talking about. It's one thing to report an injury, diagnosis TBD with a MRI tomorrow, and another to just flat out say he tore his ACL/MCL.

Yep. Chad Lindsay was the better player IMO. The offensive line improved in the 4 or 5 games he started.

so what is it? Saban is god and Kelley is better or Saban is human and he makes wrong starter decisions?

Didn't you have OLine problems in 2010 going into the Iron Bowl?

Just sayin'

Sorry about the injury, but:

So Saban isn't playing the best player at a position?

O-line was just shitty that entire year. This year started out very similar, but they figured it out.

I went back and looked at a participation chart... Kelly started the LSU game and played the whole game.

allot of fans believe that Lindsey is better. The line begin to click when he came in after Kelley's first injury. If i'm not mistaken, as soon as he came in T.J. had that huge run against Ole Miss

Maybe Saban leaves the OL decisions in the hands of his OL coach?

Well evidently he should leave it up to the fans.

Just seems very, very human fans term everything UA with super-human qualities. Starter goes down, "well the back up is better anyway". It just baffles me at times.

Dude he got up as soon as some tried to help him and walked off the field with no real limp, unassisted.
