Not saying that you would pay attention to Bama, but ALLOT of fans on this board have been saying this all season.

Hate it for the kid (if true).

Now Bama will be well and truly handicapped by replacing him with a player just as good or better.

McElroy wasn't the problem, the times that Nick Fairley was allowed to dry hump him due to poor blocking was.

Maybe the staff desided to play the more physically gifted player thinking he'd develop as the season went on... regardless, bama has an experienced backup and shouldn't be affected too much.

Well if you would take the time to go over to the Alabama board, or another Alabama blog you would see that this is a topic that was discussed several weeks ago.

When Lindsay replaced Kelly, Alabama averaged over 7 yards per carry and the OL allowed 1 sack in three games. A lot of Alabama fans were confused when Kelly began starting again.

Sorry to "baffle" you.

Yeah, Bama fans have been saying this all along. I've seen it a few times over the last few weeks.

Still not good for y'all to lose quality depth on the OL.

Many felt that Kelley would be moved to guard next year and Lindsey will take over at center.

And yet the fan base that seems the happiest Kelly got injured is the Bama fans...

Not a single Bama fan has responded with a cheer. We have acknowledge it is unfortunate situation and wish him a speedy recovery. We also stated, before Auburn fans could troll, that many of us feel that Lindsey is better and have use specific stats and instances of Lindsey playing having a positive impact for the offense.

Well evidently he should leave it up to the fans.

Just seems very, very human fans term everything UA with super-human qualities. Starter goes down, "well the back up is better anyway". It just baffles me at times.

You can think what you want, and act like we are being delusional, irrational, whatever the frick ever, but the facts are that our line looked better when Lindsay was in the game this year. You can search back through 7 weeks of posts to confirm our opinions towards this if it bothers you so much.
