Bama wins out and wins SECCG on Dec. 7th.

IMO it would be an obamanation if a QB 3-peats the NC and doesn't win the Heisman. I know his individual stats aren't as good as some of the other "one season wonders" but damn I think his rings and his consistency trump all other single season stats.

Heisman is the best player in the nation in that year. Not best player on the best team.

Well, this is completely false outside of RG3.

McCarron isn't better than Manziel or Winston so no.

You're right.

Manzeil lost 2 games and won it, Tebow lost 3 or 4 games and won it and you already mentioned RG3.

The point is that most of the times these teams are successful because the player is so good. What would have Auburn been without Cam, OU without Bradford and so on.

McCarron is clearly not the best player in the nation.

Thats some bullshite ESPN started with the "best in the nation that year"... i have yet to see any legit documented evidence that that is the sole criteria for the Heisman.

LINK

This is straight from the Heisman Mission Statement from their website... says nothing about single year accomplishment.

If he throws for 250/3 TD's and 0 picks over the next four games (State, Chattanooga, Auburn, Missouri) then his numbers would be 3000 yards, 31 TDs, 3 picks. That would be impressive. If anything Winston has two more chances to win it.

He puts his team in better position to win than Manziel. How often does AJ heave a ball and just pray it is caught? Johnny does it multiple times a game. It allowed Bama to build it's 35-14 lead and kept Auburn in the game.

Goddamn Alabama logic.

It doesn't matter if Winston has more chances. If he's the best player, then he should be given the trophy.

No he shouldn't. Should've even be invited to the presentation except as an audience member.
