Ingram and AJ

Shitty Heisman winners and Alabama go together.

Saban’s argument? Look at wins, not stats.

Saban’s comments echoed what he said on ESPN’s College GameDay earlier in the day:

"I think AJ's probably the most underrated player in college football. People talk about statistics all the time, and maybe his statistics are not what somebody else's are. But really what you should equate things with are production, performance, efficiency, consistency and winning. That's really what it's all about. He's done that better than I think anybody in college football."

Lou Holtz says AJ is the best quarterback in the country, so it must be true.

Manzeil lost 2 games and won it, Tebow lost 3 or 4 games and won it and you already mentioned RG3. The point is that most of the times these teams are successful because the player is so good. What would have Auburn been without Cam, OU without Bradford and so on. McCarron is clearly not the best player in the nation.

Your queefing stinks.

No. If Johnny met his early demise, he would be awarded his second Heisman posthumously.

Johnny only looses it if the old geezer "hey you kids, stay off my lawn", sportswriters vote for someone else.

It's Johnny's and everyone knows it.

But to shite on the guy whose teammates are better than yours is just stupid.

Because I recognize he isn't the best player in college football I'm "shitting on him"? A.J. is an excellent QB for what alabama needs. He is nowhere near the most outstanding player in the country though.

It's reading things like "He is the reason we won the NC in 2011" that just make you shake your head.
