No he's just one of those insufferable Bama homers who think the Tide have the best player at every position. For fans that tout their football IQ there sure are a lot of dumbfrick homers.

McCarron really impressed me in the NCG. Came a long way from the first time these two teams played. Bama could have won the first one if McCarron had been competent.

If Tyler Wilson had the line McCarron had last year he would've thrown for 6,000 yards.
Also he didn't have a Heisman caliber running back to keep defenses honest.
