Actually it is, and a pretty damn big one at that.

Based on what? UCLA hasn't played a good offense yet.

Vegas doesn't give a frick who wins.. the line is there to get roughly equal action on both sides so that they win no matter the outcome..

ETA

For the Super Bowl, yes. That is because of the volume of money bet on that game. For a college football game @ 6 on a Saturday night, they want all of the money to be on the wrong side. If it's not, they can afford to lose that game.

That they set it to get equal action on both sides?

That is 100% true. Obviously they care in the sense they want to win the most money from people betting on the losers but equal action is the goal because they still make money with no risk of losing any.

Auburns D hasn't really shown a whole lot. Clemson offense is struggling and has more to do with them not playing well than with anything Auburn is doing on defense.

Yes they have. They are playing much better fundamentally, tackling better, pursuing better, and they don't look fricking lost out there. They're stronger up front and have depth. The position coaches whoever they are did a damn good job in the off-season.

Players, conference, coaching staff and historically being worth a damn.

Basically everything points to them being better, what points to Arky State being anything other than a cupcake?

Actually it is, there's not a shred of actual evidence to say Arkansas st has a better defense. You can look at this years stats, last years stats or hell, just look at what your incompetent offense did vs Clemson and what they did to Arkansas st's defense. That is an insane amount of delusion you have.

I think the coaching has done a lot but we have a few new players that are that much better than who we've had recently. I never truly realized how bad Cassanova Mckeny & Kris Frost were until Deshaun Davis & Tre Williams have played 10x better in 2 games than they ever did. Linebacker play is 10x better. D-Line is getting pressure but not getting sacks. The quality depth on the D-Line is a big player. Secondary has done well besides the back shoulder throw against Clemson & a few blown assignments this past weekend. Marlon Davidson has done pretty well for a true freshman, to this point. Showing how big of a bust Cowart might end up being. Overall though, the Defense tons better, but we'll see more this weekend against a quality O. The position coaches somebody said they should brag on, Travis Willams is the linebacker coach, & also a former starting linebacker for them around the mid 2000s when AU's D was dominate. Maybe that's helping him some .

So the fact that Auburn used basically one QB vs changing the QB every 3.4 plays had no bearing on the difference of the output?

Auburn is favored to lose. Which means they are very likely to play out of their minds and find a way to win.

Never bet against Auburn unless they are heavy favorites.

It's a gigantic frickin stretch. They gave up 556 yards to Toledo and 706 yards to Auburn. They are atrocious.

You are wasting your breath. Auburn still has the worst defense in the SEC and A&M has supplanted Alabama for the best.

No it means you shouldn't judge a team based off a rent a win.

Tell that to vegas. They have Auburn favored. You get 3 point for being at home. The line opened at -4.

I'm sure none of your confidence is coming from your rent-a-win either
