Great DL. OM was playing as well as anyone at the end of '08. They would've beat UF again had they played at the end of the season.

All of had average at best careers. I think Clayton is bagging groceries somewhere now.

2003 LSU is the best I've seen since I started college in 2002.

People will down vote because it says South Carolina and people forget how successful Clowney was pre The Hit. But him, Ingram, Devin Taylor, and Kelcey Quarles all made it to the NFL.

Sidenote, Louisiana Tech's Willie Roaf dominated the 1992 Alabama defense.

Dominated? Roaf was a great OT and he may have held his own in that game, but La Tech was shutout and had less than 120 yards total offense (over half that was on a long broken coverage pass)...nobody on the offensive side of the ball, for either team, dominated in that game...

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the 2003 or 2004 USCw D lines, they had some talent. Definitely not the best or even top 5 but good enough worth mentioning

Between 2011 and 2003 LSU, from what people have said 03 had the better D line while 11 had the better secondary. Who had the better linebackers?

You do realize that picture is Willie Roaf going up against defensive end Eric Curry. Curry was the 6th pick taken in the NFL draft.

Dig up the tape. He spent the vast majority of the game on his back. Roaf straight up battered him. Joe Peace was quoted as saying if he had a lick sense, he would have ran off tackle behind Roaf every single play.
