Another good choice in Porter. Didn't think about him.

There are definitely worse ones than Fran. He was bad but far from the worst ever.

Norm Chow at Hawaii was also a complete disaster.

George O'Leary to Notre Dame in 2001 for an honorable mention. Never coached a game. Got dumped after "resume padding" was discovered. Like earning a Master's degree from a non-existent school.

At least Mike Price had the decency to go down in a stripper scandal.

Before the man has ever coached a game at SCAR? Seriously?

What did I miss this summer? Did Muschamp say something ugly about the Gators or something?

And how can you argue Hugh Freeze is a bad hire?

You're joking, right?
Hugh Freeze is going to get Ole Miss the death penalty. That's a foregone conclusion at this point.

This wasn't even near bad as the 10 on this list (Muschamp at USCe is a TBD).

He's bad, but I'll give him 1 more year before I put him on the worst list. If he goes 5-7 or 6-6 this year I might add him.

Steve Sarkisian was a disaster of a hire. Clay Helton will be probably fail as well. Hiring Pat Haden as AD might be worse for SC than the sanctions were.

I might put Rodriguez and Michigan at #1 just because of how big of a commodity he was at the time. People expected Michigan to return to greatness with him.

Thank goodness he turned down Bama.
