Damn, I knew there were a lot of conspiracy theories but when you list them that way it just seems overwhelming. Good job KSG.

It arose from bushmeat practices, its so conclusive that even the majority of the original cases we recognize years later in hindsight from Africa were in those involved in the bushmeat business.

Generally speaking, I try and follow Occam's razor in the absence of conclusive evidence. Most conspiracy theories just try too hard.
