YOUR best sporting moment

Whats your best sporting moment (or play) that you've had playing the big 5 (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, Soccer)?
List what level you was playing at (middle school, high school, backyard, pro??) and what sport.
For me was in High school, playing baseball. I was 1 walk from pitching a perfect game, although the game ended early b/c of the mercy rule. I think we won 20-0, but still.
Luckiest play: Was playing softball as an adult, in a all day tournament, and playing LF. The guy hit a deep fly ball over my head. I just turned and ran. I was just about to the fence (on warning track if they woulda had one) and jumped up and looked towards the ball. I was looking over my right shoulder but the ball was curving the other way ( i know rookie mistake), so I just stuck my glove up behind my head and caught the ball ( all while in the air). It also ended the inning and saved me from a crucial mistake. It was extremely lucky, and I doubt I would ever do that again.
Worst moment/play: It was our first playoff game off high school in years. I was playing 3rd base and in the 1st inning, can't remember which batter, but someone hit a ground ball to me. I caught it easily and made a horrible throw to first. Not only did it go over the 1st baseman's head, it went over the fence and hit one of our fans (we were visitors and it was atleast a 2hr+ drive) in the shoulder, who was a girl maybe a year or two younger than me.

Five touchdowns in a game.
Championships are always the best moments though.

Baseball - caught a line drive barehanded at first base
Basketball - game winning shot with 5 seconds to go to win the first junior high boys basketball game in 3 years (0-47).
Football - in 9th grade I chased down an opposing teams RB 75 yards (I was a DE) and tackled him at the 1 yard line. Nothing spectacular but it was my single best play in my short lived football career.
Golf - eagle on a par 4. Slammed it dead center of the hole with a pitching wedge 130 yds out.

Individual performance-wise it was a 15-tackle, 2-sack game to go along with a TD on the other side of the of the ball. High school homecoming game.
In baseball, I had a 2 HR game along with a diving catch that lead to an unassisted double play. That was also in high school.

Probably winning our region in soccer my senior year of HS to go to state. We were a brand new team my freshman year and won just one game so it was a pretty big deal. The team we beat in regionals was the odds on favorite to win state as well. Scored a goal.
Blew my knee out not long after and hence the end of my athletic days.

Beamed the first hitter I faced one game, then threw the no-hitter.
During a golf tourny had my dad on the green and coach walked up and all eyes on me and drained a 25 footer. I was only 13 and it's not that big a deal but it made my dad proud.

Best moment: 12 year old baseball - We were the first place team in our division. The other team was first place in their division. We were in the 8th inning (extra innings after 6) and I had two runners on 1st and 2nd. The game was tied and the coach made a pitching change when I came up to bat. He put his son in to face me. I hated the coach because I had played for him two years earlier, and I thought he was an a-hole. One day before a game he had gotten on to me during warm-ups. He was standing next to the guy I was warming up with. My next throw was kind of wild and towards the coach's head. I overheard the coach telling another coach that I tried to hit him with the ball. Anyways, I knocked his son's first pitch to right field and scored two runs.
Worst moment: high school soccer - I was playing left fullback and I was trying to clear the ball out. I shanked it and the ball went about a foot over the goal. If it had gone in I would have never lived it down.
Luckiest play - church league softball: this dude hit a shot down the left field line I chased it down and stuck my glove out and the ball fell in my glove. I was looking towards the fence the whole time.

Best moment- Won 7th straight bbyo championship. I scored 23 points and had 13 rebounds in a game with ten minute halves and a 21 point deficit at half.
Luckiest- My only three that game was a 75+ chuck with .6 left in the game just for fun (we were winning by 4)
Worst moment- one time I was dared to play a football game with >10 yos and I played all time qb. I overthrew almost every lass to get intercepted twice in like 15 min of play

Basketball: I went 8/10 from the 3 point line in a game and ended up with 36 in a summer league game. They refused to stop playing zone
Winning state my sophomore year was awesome. We got screwed out of one my junior year.
I was lucky enough to play with 4 D1 basketball players, one of which went to UNC, so we got to play in some badass tournaments all over the country against some of the best high school talent around.
Which leads me to my worst moment: Lance Stephenson of the Indiana Pacers nearly killed me with a crossover...
Football: I returned a kick back for a touchdown once.

I played corner in HS and picked off Matthew Stafford in 2006 when he was at Highland Park.
I returned a punt for a touchdown in a playoff game my senior year.
I hit a game winning jumper in seventh grade

Something about returning a kick/punt was so much damn fun. It just felt so different than anything else you did during a game.

I solo tackled Andre Debose in the somewhat open field. It was glorious.

39 in a HS game
Hit 9 threes and had 5 steals
did that as a sophomore and never broke 30 again

I am/was always bad at 3s. I think I was like 10 of 81 last season. However I do have a very sneaky high post game. That's where I get the majority of my points/assists

In a 20 game season, I shot 40 of em in the first five. Then (rightfully) I didn't play the sf in that certain play anymore . I just stick with pf and sf in vaisparo

My best 1 actually happened in a practice.
I was returning kick-offs and our kicker got a perfect high hanger. I have to stand there and wait for it, and look it in and make the catch
and our best kick coverage guys are on me like white on rice, and they hit me so hard, they knock wind out of me that I aint even breathed yet. I get up, and I probably sound like a blacksmith's air pump thingy, but I still had the ball in my hand.
I see one of those guys on a fairly regular basis, and he always says "I can't believe that you held on that ball."
Also one time, I did a cannonball off a 60 foot cliff, landed right between my brothers when they were talking to each other, freaked them the hell out.
