The one unbeatable moment actually came in 4th grade. I was on the basketball team and sent in. We were behind and I took a shot, my coach's face fell, I was a 4th grader shooting only a few feet from half-court (he had reason), then it went in and the crowd absolutely went wild. Everyone has always remembered that shot, partly because it's an amazing shot to make and partly because a kid should never be able to make it.

High School: Scored a hat trick in the first five minutes of a soccer game as a senior, got to goof off against the defense the rest of the game.
JUCO: Beat the team that released me from my district by a field goal during both meetings freshman and sophomore year.
Senior year of college: Coach made me the punter even though I had never played that position, only kicked. Got a 75 yarder halfway thru the season by sheer luck and a favorable wind.
Funniest moment: Shanked a punt at Georgetown, KY, that actually went off my foot sideways into the home team's stands. Everyone, including me, was laughing their asses off.

Best Moments: Our starting Center was kicked off the team and I had to step up in his place for a crucial region game. I had like 10 points 3 blocks and 8 rebounds that game..my dad was crazy proud.
I also blocked the living hell out of this guys shot in some random game and got an assist out of it after. We were at home so everyone went crazy.
(All of these are highschool)
Worst Moments: Getting beat and giving up the only goal for the region championships in soccer.
Getting abused by Brannen Greene on the basketball court with all my classmates and my dad watching. Cocky SOB was quick as hell and had a deadly shot. Happy he gets barely any play time at Kansas though

Track so not the big 5.
At the district meet I had a day where I just ran out of my mind. I had a crappy start on the day w long jump by scratching a 20+ foot jump that kept me out of the medals.
First event of finals was sprint relay and I was anchor. Got the stick about 15-20 meters back, passed the leader and won. Coach said the split was a 10.8 or so ( I never touched this in the open). For example, immediately after that I won the 100 with like an 11.2 or something. Then was off for a bit, got the stick in third place on third leg of the mile relay, moved up to first with a :53 split and our anchor held it to win. Never broke :55 in the open.
That was the pinnacle of my athleticism. Never had a better day than that and never touched those times again.
ETA: my youngest scored 12 goals in soccer today. He's just so much faster than other kids his age right now it's unbelievable. It's a young league, but right now he rally gets the game and it's like he's playing chess while they play checkers. My oldest scored 3 which is pretty impressive for his league and he's playing defense most often. I'm more proud of those two more than anything I've accomplished.

With the bases load I hit a bases clearing triple to seal a championship for my team in middle school.

Golf - eagle on a par 4
Same here.
Hit a bad tee shot, was behind a hill and couldn't even see the green from about 150 yards out.
My buddy walked to the top to give my a line. I hit it and he just dead panned "it's in the cup".
I was sure it was long and actually spent a couple of minutes looking for it before he convinced me he was serious.
I really suck at golf and have a better chance of winning the lottery than pulling that feat again.

Best moment:
Hitting a hr against a pitcher the got drafted by the Red Sox. We won 1-0 and our pitcher had a perfect game. We had 2 hits, my hr and a bunt.
Also, I hit a 420 foot hr in Puerto Rico in travel ball summer after my sr year of HS.

I thought we beat them by 40. I know we beat Wisconsin then Tennessee in Charolette.
We then played Duke in Sweet 16 in ER. We were their closest game until UConn beat them in finals.
Alford left for Iowa two days later.
Worst moment was when Deon Thomas from Bradley hit a wrong way turnaround laser at the Keil in Arch Madness. It was the Semi's. Soon as he let it go you knew and just started walking off the bench.

High school football, Jr. year. I won the starting spot at DT before our fifth game of the season. I went out and kicked arse that game. I had 10 solo tackles and 9 assists.

I hit home runs in back to back at-bats in the district baseball tournament my sophomore year in high school. That was my peak I think. I won some awards in other sports, but that 20 minute period was my athletic high point.

Ice hockey, ontario provincial jr. A
Down 3-1 with under a minute to play.
I had the assist to make it 3-2
Then the tying goal.
Then the OT winner 30 seconds into overtime.
(Scored game winner in 4 out of 5 overtime games that season, boom)

Actually strike my last one
The single best moment came sophomore year in HS when I scored a touchdown in a flag football game against one of my football coaches who played at Costal Carolina. The man had been making fun of me all year for being slow and weak, but I blew his arse out of the water to make the catch. I then proceeded to turn around and spike the ball at his feet and yelled "take my picture bitch".
Safe to say I was in trouble, but luckily he was fired before the next football season came around, so no punishment for DirtyDawg

BEST (All in HS)
1. Baseball: Hitting a walkoff single to send our team to the state playoffs in Phoenix when I was a senior.
2. Baseball: Being part of a team that rallied back from 4-12 to win 15-12.
3. Diving play to rob a hitter of a bloop single. The home ump called it a hit and the 2nd base ump called it out. I really did catch the ball.
WORST
1. Basketball: Stealing the ball and having no one in sight to stop me from laying the ball in. About three steps after stealing the ball I tripped and fell face first into the hardwood. (Middle School)
2. Basketball: Laying the ball up for the freaken other team. (Middle School)
3. Baseball: Winning a game 8-2 with only one inning to hold it. We lost 24-8. (HS)
Needless to say, I never played basketball in high school. I never once thought about it.

Not my best but my favorite.
When I was 14 playing Dixie youth me and my dad were fishing and I told him he needed to call coach because I thought I had practice that day. He called and come to find to out we had a game that just started. We packed up everything and got there in the top of the 9th. The opposing coach didn't want me to play because I was so late and they eventually allowed it. I came up to bat in the bottom of the 9th and had a Marren Morris moment hitting a 3 run walk-off with 2 outs and down 0-2 in the count. I was stoked

Hit two freethrows in the last 7 seconds to win a varsity game as a freshman.
I banked them both in. Just wanted to make sure I made them.
