Doc sent me to a hematologist today. Thought I may have leukemia or bone marrow disease because my blood test came back with an extremely high amount of white blood cells. Turns out, since the test last week the numbers dropped dramatically and nothing is wrong with me. Was scared shitless all day though not knowing wtf was going on. I'm exhausted.

My brain shut off about an hour ago, but for some reason I'm still awake.
I'm reading a biography of Bonnie & Clyde and I just got to a chapter that mentions my uncles several times, although not by name. It's pretty cool, because I've heard my uncle tell this story since childhood, but it's always kind of been family lore. It's surprising to see it in print.

Thanks. He said it's just emotional stress. Fiancé to be dumped me 4 weeks ago and things have been a nightmare since. My stress levels have been through the roof, causing my body and immune system to go haywire. I need to get my shite together. Today was a wake up call.

friday I'm going to push it to 810, my squat and calf raise lag way behind the leg press and calf press.

Yeah, he was. Bunch of the Rivals staff for Tennessee were talking about how well they knew him and his family. Just really sucks.
