friday I'm going to push it to 810, my squat and calf raise lag way behind the leg press and calf press.

I see you workin'!

I'm just in the process of reevaluating what I can/can't do lower body-wise. Some days I feel almost 90%, and others, my ankle's hurting so bad I'm limping everywhere.

And of course the Air Force just wants to know how soon I can run 1.5 miles for a PT test

Things are pretty good in my world, I drilled the first business calc test with a 97 that should have been a 100 but I didn't read one of the questions so i fricked up solving for the wrong thing. I blame the dude sitting next to me from the last class that was studying shite for his next class. He sounded like the fake frat bro from workaholics.

other than that had a long weekend partying with the neighbors but it was fun and then smashed shite in the gym today and yesterday. Plus talking to a new girl and she is into the gym life, wants HBT to help her with squats

not bad, just working my arse off this week. Little time to r/r, but things should hopefully slow down here soon. Going to Chicago late next week for a work thing. I don't really want to go, but at least I can get deep dish pizza, so I got that to look forward to

The up and down is annoying

I'm not even supposed to be on the court right now, but I play when I can. Basically don't run at all, but I pick my spots, have a quick release, and a Duncan-esque array of low post moves (which work even though I'm short because I'm usually bigger/stronger than the guy defending me ). I've become a much better shooter out of necessity, though. Can't slash to the rim

Will forward to my commander

Chicago can be a pretty fun place if you avoid the war zone areas

No, seriously, it's always in a really nice part of town. The sketchiness comes on the train ride through the South side.

How do you warm up? I can't shoot for shite on any goal anymore unless I put up a few from the freethrow line. Idk why, but that "calibrates" me for some reason

Aggiebelle is one of those who can just pick up and start draining right off the bat

they are talking about building a passenger train between Baton Rouge and Nola. I will be all over that if its like the trains up there where you can bring booze on it.

generally i like to start with a one handed 3 pointer as I'm going to lay my stuff down and then a lay up and work around the lane using one hand. then I pretty much bomb 3s the rest of the time if I'm just shooting

the only bad part about helping the new girl is she works out at planet fitness, going to have to fix that if things work out

I don't think they have 1000 pounds worth of plates to put on the leg press machine

What's the kerfuffle with PF? Never been to one, but heard they're a weird outfit.
