He seems like a Bama favorite though
And I kinda agree. Something seems off about Alabama. I don't think I could read anything into it that wouldn't be nuts but I'm getting a nagging feeling

Don't remember the last time he even visited Bama (247 says March) and there's been basically no mention of him as a priority.

According to a recent interview, Les Miles will have an in-home visit and he’ll be in Baton Rouge Jan 17th I believe. He said Florida and UGA are at the top, but there are 6 weeks left. I expect LSU and FSU to be involved until the NSD

Brick Haley is an unbelievable recruiter....he has made great strides with Malik/Lorenzo as of late. With GA's recent past of losing top in state recruits..... I like our chances.

I wouldn't read too much into this OV yet. We still have a lot of ground to make up. UGA-UF are leaders now, but I haven't heard much between him & Alabama lately.

UA sites have been reporting for months that UA was not in it and that Carter would not be a part of the UA class. I also think when Hand committed that put an end to any shot. Which again UA has been out of it since the spring maybe early summer.
So at this time LSU is chasing UGA and UF.

I figured about as much. Carter doesn't quite seem like he fits what Saban/Smart want out of a defender IMO.
