Doesn't matter because he could start right away and not have to sit through Mark Hagen's coaching for very long
But all kidding aside, I think you have to at least give Hagen another year if Snyder stays. This is only his second year and developing linebackers isn't as easy as other posititions. Also take into consideration A.J. Hilliard's injury at SC.

I guess I'm talking about our on the field performance. I agree with your statement, but more wondering about our last 3 games.
To me, the worst we can do to keep them is 1-2 while never getting blown out. Anything past that may lead to those guys jumping ship.

My question is, why not fire Snyder now? We aren't going to get any worse, and this sends a clear message to recruits that changes are on the way.
It's not like any of them have a relationship with Snyder...he doesn't recruit.
