Not suggesting anything (and this has nothing to do with any former LSU coach), just asking for information sake.
There are rumors that Tuberville is being considered for the Ole Miss job.
Can anyone think of any coach who has returned to a school that he left earlier?

John Robinson was at USC from 1976–1982 and then again 1993–1997.

Bill Snyder?
That works, per Wiki
Kansas State University: first tenure, 1989–2005
Kansas State University: second tenure, 2009–present

Bill Snyder - Kansas State
John Robinson - USC
Were their departures as dramatic as (for example) Tommy Tuberville?
I wonder what kind of welcome they received on their return.

On Tuberville's return to Ole Miss..
I wonder how the fans would feel about it. Has enough time passed to heal the wounds of going to a rival school.

Didn't Tom Osborne do a brief encore at Nebraskie?

Part of the JugEars negotiations is who will provide the pine box.

The Tubs rumors are bogus.

Both Johnny Vaught at OM & Robert Neyland (twice) at UTK, although Neyland's was for military service.
