I thought the overhangs were going to look weird as hell but it's really not that bad. Kind of cool, actually. The endzone doesn't look super out of place even though it isn't flush with the sidelines.

Wait until they put in the navy wall padding and brick. Filled with people as well. It will look great.

For anyone interested, olemisspix just added an updated periscope video of the VH renovation. South Endzone Field Club and North Endzone included with a view from the top of the NEZ in the next video. LINK
It looks very close to being completed. They are almost finished putting the bleachers in and are about to start on the SEZ jumbotrons.

It looks a lot bigger with the NEZ closed in now. Drove down behind the ticket office to take a look a couple weeks ago. It is more impressive from the outside.
You can only believe it will continue to get better with more improvements over the next 10-15 years.
1) Extended Press box and luxury boxes on the west side to match the South end zone.
2) Extended luxury boxes on the east side to match.
3) Final renovation will be the NEZ outside facade to match the SEZ.
Hopefully I'm there to see the completion and a few NC trophies to put in the NEZ entrance.
