Josh is a great guy. Met him and we discussed football for a bit last year.

I hope we don't limit ourselves to matching the SEZ. I'd like to have some upper decks one day.

If the student population keeps growing like it does we're going to need to expand sooner rather than later just to add more student seats. We've expanded our student section by 2000 seats this year and we still sold out before all the freshman orientation groups have come through (Hope you got your tickets SwayzeCrazy).

Don't know if this applies to you but they did say this in regarding student tickets

quote:

Limited tickets are reserved for Students who are in the August 14-17 Orientation sessions. Those tickets will be available for August Orientation students only on Thursday, August 18 at 9am CT.
If you are a returning student, tickets have been available for purchase since 4/15.
If students in the final August orientations do not purchase the full allotment of tickets reserved for them, any remaining tickets will go on sale 9/1 at 10am CT.

This happened for me last year. I thought they reserved tickets for all orientation groups though.

Im almost certain they save tickets for orientation groups, considering you cant buy student tickets till you sign up for classes and get an ID number. Glad I grabbed by students season tickets a week and 1/2 ago

I know 30 years ago it seemed as if Ole Miss had a ton of out of state students. On Friday, the exodus began and by Saturday morning there was plenty of parking available for the game.

But that was 30 years ago with about half the student enrollment. With that being said, what is the overall student ticket allotment for this season?

It would seem that the student population would hold for a while, just due to the overall population slowing.

I guess there could be a increase due to popularity but the school would be controlling the admissions numbers so some would get left out.

If more would actually stay and care then it would make a difference...

I guess the speakers on the top of the press box? Surely those aren't lights...

Those are the speakers. There is someone on a crane, looks as if they might be changing the lights out.
