Your opinion about anything remotely related to Florida is worthless.
Your hate has blinded you. There are plenty of shitty areas and wonderful areas. It's just like any other state. I've been to I think 30 states and have found shitty areas in all of them but Utah. I'm sure there is a shitty area in Utah somewhere though because I'm not a fool.
Come down here and I'll show you what you've been missing from fishing to restaurants to hiking to parks to scuba to snorkeling to lobsters to springs to rivers to quaint town to Miami nightlife to the best beach I know of. I won't tell you where it is but I'd show you. Don't worry about the blindfold, the duct tape, the rope or the cinder block on the boat.

I visit family a few times a year and enjoy my trip, but I would never live there again.

Only time I will ever agree with texag7.
1. Texas- Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Great high school football, nice areas all around
2. Florida- Beautiful beaches, Disney, Miami,
3. Georgia- Nice areas, Masters, Athens is goat college town
4. Tennessee- Nashville, smoky mountains
5. Alabama- Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, Birmingham is nice
6. South Carolina- Myrtle Beach
7. Arkansas- Fayettevile/NWA
8. Mississippi- Bay St. Louis-Biloxi, Hattiesburg seems nice, Oxford
9. UK- Not sure, doesn't seem like much to do
10. Louisiana- Sure Nola is fun, Mandeville/Covington is nice but roads, drivers, moron political figures ruin it
11. Mizzou- nobody likes your crappy landlocked state

Louisiana is pretty terrible overall. Especially those roads, Jesus frick, please do something about the roads

IDK about worst but best is Texas. FL & TX are easily the best 2. The next 3 are Georgia, South Carolina, & Tennessee. All 5 are some of the greatest states in the union. We go downhill pretty quickly after that.
