Chikfila's franchise screening process is a long and brutal process. It is well known that they favor people of faith in the process.
Business owners will many times hire kids who they know or kids whose parents they know. For example, friends of mine owned a custard stand and almost exclusively employed kids from the prep school from which their son graduated.
People of faith (especially conservative evangelicals) have social lives which often center around their church. The kids they will know and families they will know will often be from church.
For example, one of our local Chikfila's has about 50% of their employees from a single Baptist church nearby. And none of that has anything to do with being chaste or sloots.

Baptists are no more likely to be nice people at work than Mormons, Catholics or Jews or any other group. Chick-fil-a has customer service standards and training. A lot of companies don't waste the money. Cal Turner was the Dollar General guy. He has a religious leadership program named after him at Vanderbilt. Dollar General's business model was to hire as few people as possible, and let the masses pick over cheap crap. And your sex drive doesn't magically change if you believe a bunch of animals lived on a boat for 40 days. Deep down, everyone is a slut.

Chick-Fil-A carefully screens their prospective employees and goes to great lengths not to hire "hoodlums" and people from notoriously low socioeconomic backgrounds. They hire lots of affluent young adults from upper middle class homes and then really pound into their heads good costumer service.
Ask yurself when the last time a poorly spoken minority with a gold tooth took your order at CFA. Now think aout McDonalds, KFC, Whataburger, etc.

The food isn't anything special, but the service is fast, friendly and efficient at every one I've ever been too.
Yet, just like every other fast food place, the workers are all teens. Do they just get the most 5 star teens?
I think you already know the answer to your own query. But on the off chance that you don't get it, it has to do with character and integrity. And the truth is, homosexual marriage is neither physically or mentally healthy for our nation and creates a conflict of interests for our government between freedom of religion and civil rights for homosexuals. In other words, government should not be involved with marriage.

The Chick-Fil-A in Oxford is the tits. I'm pretty sure me and someone else on here talked about how the awkward high school girls working there would occasionally hit on people.

Panera Bread usually has some pretty good service too. They're as consistent as Chick-fil-a and don't have the religious component that they do either. So it's not just a religious/moral issue.
It basically boils down to your hiring practices and the amount of shite you're willing to put with once you hire folks in those places.

I'm fine with government being involved with marriage. It promotes a cheaper living environment for people raising children.

yup. they're also consistent. you know exactly what you're going to get as far as a product, and honestly that can be said for a lot of fast food chains because of their employees. It doesn't taste the best, but you know what to expect

I live in Alabama too and the ones near me are close to equally black and white. But all good kids, they don't hire any of the ghetto trash you see working at McDonalds or other fast food chains, and they also aren't taking the white trash either. It isn't a color issue, it's likely more a socioeconomic issue of hiring good kids who were raised to treat people with common courtesy and respect
