Why does Jesus Fil A consistently have the best service?

The food isn't anything special, but the service is fast, friendly and efficient at every one I've ever been too.
Yet, just like every other fast food place, the workers are all teens. Do they just get the most 5 star teens?
Maybe they're right about the gay marriage thing after all.

ChicFilA is great, the food is good and the service is even better. Also giving their employees a day off every Sunday is a standup thing to do.

I've never even seen one of those.

Culture matters, and if you promote it at the corporate level it will find a way to reflect that.
It's like Texas A&M having the best fan base in the country. We know we are the best, we promote it, and it shows.

I think they're putting one in Oxford.
I'll stick to Abners for my chicken tenders.

Their leadership knows how to do more than give lip service to being service oriented.

They hire a bunch of church kids.

Nah, those kids were always the worst. Church kids are normally employed by 16 and pregnant.

You don't have to like the answer. But there it is.

Canes > Abners... It is like in the Bible too I think

Church can be little shits just like the rest of the population. I don't the correlation lies there

Amen
And the reason all of that is true is because of a great man ... a great Gamecock fan, may he RIP. S. Truett Cathy:

i know a franchise owner/operator. he owns 3 i think
the customer service is absolutely beat into them (in a good way) that they are there to serve the customer.
he loves it and thinks corporate does a spectacular job and treats everybody right from management to employees. he has a spectacular employee retention rate.
and he's rich.

Honest answer, take it or leave it: at our local CFAs, the majority of employees are white. And I live in Alabama.

The real answer is that to open a CFA they go through an application process and owners are expected to spend a good amount of time in the stores themselves and not just put up the $$$ and watch the bottom line

1. They dont hire dumbasses.
2. Character is something they value
3. They train hard on customer service
4. I believe they pay better than McD's etc.
5. The give scholarships to their best workers and promote education. Front end on a FF restaurant isnt a career. However it can be the start of one.
