I was in a Chick Fil A with my wife recently and the manager was in discussion with a fellow who I guessed was a regional manager type at the next booth.

When they finished and walked by I started talking to them both. I said I did not know their hiring process but it was obviously a winner. I went on that every Chick Fil A I had been to had excellent workers with pleasing personalities and great service. He said they put lots of emphasis on the hiring process.

Not listed on stock exchanges as it is family owned.

I was gonna say the same about my hometown chic filet. I live in northeast Ohio about 30 miles west of Cleveland, mostly white and so the McDonalds,Wendy's etc.are mostly white employees..... The service is outstanding just saying.still a bunch of Yankees though.

Honest answer, take it or leave it: at our local CFAs, the majority of employees are white. And I live in Alabama.

A real answer is they hire ambitious people...not someone who is just looking for a job, but usually someone is going to school, working another etc who are trying to get ahead who doesn't have along list of arrests...whether they are black, white asian etc.
While mcdonalds usually just hire people who just need to pay their bills.

Because they espouse customer service, and actually train their staff. The Christian value certainly helps as well.

Yes?

Don't be mad at me that you're too stupid to set an empty beer can down.

And this is coming from the person that just asked "Yes" as a question

Well, I have one. So, it was a stupid fricking question.

Maybe you should go work at Chick Fil A and learn to shut the frick up when adults are talking?

I don't like how Chic Fil A asks for my name at the drive-through.

Adds to the BS. I have to think that only a weak individual would fall for that nonsense.

I feel very uncomfortable when I see a fellow human on their knees sucking the big, throbbing, corporate cock with a smile on their face.

I have no problem listening to adults as long as they don't have anger management problems

I'm assuming that was directed at me? You think I'm ever actually angry on here? Wow.

Do you think your negative experience with bullying through schooling has impacted your behavior on the internet?

The first step is understanding the root of the problem.

I suggest replying yes.
