Just an awful thread. The only cuisines that really suck at cuisine are the British and Scandinavians. Spanish, Greek, much of Eastern Europe, and especially fricking France all have great cuisines. It's almost without question that France has the best food of any country.

I'm Italian (only half) but I have plenty of relatives that I swear have black twins. I have a cousin that is Italian Ice Cube and I've thought it forever. I would see little black ladies that reminded me of my gma, etc. I'm watered down looking myself.

Everything in Scandanavia tastes and smells like fish and ammonia. Hell, even their tobacco products smell like that.

Belgian food is outstanding. So is Hungarian food. I travel in Europe regularly. I have heard it said that the Belgians fulfill the promise made by the French regarding cuisine. Plus 300 (at least) local hand crafted beers that are fricking outstanding.

I have Croat in-laws. Their food is incredible, though most have never even had it.

I'd like to eat Giada at home; otherwise, I prefer German.

I love Norwegian food. Though my relatives over there are half American, so I might not be getting a true representation. Swedish food wasn't bad either.

I travel quite a bit. I've been to London, I went to Germany / Switzerland and Poland on a vacation about 10 years ago. I've been to dubai more than once.

I guess it is the sugar or what not because 2 days in Germany I was looking for the nearest mc donalds. I do like foods that have some "umph" to them.

food in dubai was better than all those shite European countries combined. Them motherfrickers can cook, the best baked chicken i've ever had in my life. I guess it's the spices they use

ps- greek cuisine isn't bad at all.

This post is so full if wrong.

You have never been to Europe.

German food is amazing. Much of what you like in Italian food was invented in America.

Food all over Europe is really good. Better than the U.S.

Eh Europe has great food all over for sure. But no reason to hate on our Food. There is a reason we have so many of the top ranked restaurants in the world. It's really a matter of taste but I like good American cuisine and good European food equally.

Then American cuisine is definitely not my thing. I'll eat a grand total of five of those things.

Don't casty me. Southern food is unhealthy as frick. There's a reason why most of the deep south is morbidly obese.
