I'll never understand why people jump to this conclusion.
Judging by the lack of motivation to take a shower at night, I'd say she might even be depressed. A lot of her reactions suggest it.
But to say she's a cheating slut just because she doesn't want to have sex is stupid.

Or maybe sex just isn't that important to her. I'd go with that along with maybe some depression. Maybe she isn't depressed and the guy just doesn't gives her a lot of reason during the day to want to have sex with him when he asks for it later.

Given her response after she got the spreadsheet, I doubt this. She wouldn't have went to bitch on Reddit about it if she thought she was going to get busted out on an affair.
Now, it's entirely possible that she just doesn't want it from him and she's in denial about that.

I have no doubt that something was probably wrong -- but I mean this dude literally made a spreadsheet to convey his ideas to her.

I figure it's probably somewhere in between. There's obviously some major communication issues if he's whipping out a spreadsheet to her and she's looking at a 7 week period of giving her husband desert dick as a "temporary slow-down due to extenuating circumstances". Yet it seems the extenuating circumstances were things like not wanting to have sex after working out because she "feels gross" or not wanting to interrupt her regularly scheduled Friends rerun.
I also call bullshite on her assertion that she's never seen this side of him before. This has a little bit of that "I can change him" feel to it.

Yeah don't get me wrong -- those excuses are fricking terrible. She clearly just doesn't want to have sex and was using whatever she could as a justification not to.
That aside, this relationship is probably better ended -- and they both need to be adults and move on with their lives. I also agree that there is a good chance that she knew of this side before, he couldn't be this neurotic and hide it.
