Of the two powerhouses in BBQ, who reigns supreme? I know TN is a pretty tough foe in BBQ, but I personally prefer Texas BBQ.

Brisket is king.

Never had Tennessee BBQ. It has to be better than South Carolina (why the frick do you put mustard on everything) BBQ.

You guys are far too proud of something that very few people in your state can cook correctly. Dry, leathery brisket is not BBQ.

The best thing over Texas smoke is usually the hot links.

BBQ = Ribs

Pork > Beef

No contest, TN wins.

We don't put mustard on everything. Part of the state puts mustard on everything.

Oh yeah, and pork > beef every single time.

Never heard of Tennessee BBQ.

I celebrate all varieties of BBQ though. I like brisket, pork, chicken, whatever.

Texas, of course

Then Kansas City

Memphis Style is good also, but not near as flavorful as the others.
