Old School Third Day - Get the Live Album "Offerings")

Their album "Offerings" is hard to beat no matter what genre you put against it.

I'm not really religious anymore, but I still listen to quite a few "Christian" bands.

Is Project 86 still putting out new music? They were one of my favorites.
I saw Thousand Foot Krutch has a new album coming out, but I also liked their side project FM Statc.
Dead Poetic had one or two good albums.
Anberlin.
Blindside.
Emery is still one of my favorite bands.
Fixed Til Tuesday/I Am Terrified is from Birmingham. They never hit it big, but had a good little LP.
Kids in the Way.
Saosin.
Spoken.
12 Stones.

Toby Mac maybe? He's "pop-rap" if anything.

Me either. Liked dc talk back in the day but never cared for any of the three's solo careers. Toby's was okay, the other dude went to the Newsboys and I like them. The singer got fat as shite.

you're just making rock'n'roll worse?"

I've gone from not really caring much for Toby's solo stuff to liking him.

A thread requesting good praise music? Yikes.

It doesn't exist, and moreover the creepy earnestness that surrounds this worship music culture is too much. I used to see it all the time in college working at a coffee shop. Christian kids love their specialty lattes.

Agree. You can only here the lyrics 'blood of Christ' a few thousand times in every single Christian song before you start to realize "hey, we're joyfully singing about some pretty gory shite here. Is this normal?
