They don't show it. They cut out right before.

I probably shouldnt have. I guess I wanted to see the context that it was in.

There's one guy in the video who looks like some Jedi from hell, he's what you see in nightmares.

Sadly, most anything done "in the name of religion" these days is just that. Or at least that's what's getting the headlines.

As long as humans are interpreting religious text and twisting it to suit their own purpose/motivations we'll have things like this. It's a shame that it's become the reflection of a religion as a whole though.

Russia already has a naval base in Syria. Not sure of its size though.

I didnt watch but I'm glad to hear it cut out early. When I was young I unintentionally stumbled across that reporter who got his head sawed off with a knife off while he was still alive. I had nightmares for probably two weeks.

Not doing that shite again. Watching stuff like that is one of the only things that truly, deeply disturbs me. Not so much the violence, but the fact that one human being can do that to another. I'd kill myself before I ever sawed off an innocent person's head because I couldn't live with myself.

Why is it that there can't be a positive news headline with the words Catholic priest?

Every beheading the victim is still alive. That's why they are so fricked up. There was one out of Chechnya that had Russian soldiers being beheaded. Most gruesome thing I've ever seen.

I don't know, the new Pope seems like a baller and an American priest in Africa recently started up a medical campaign that is expected to save tens of thousands of kids from death over there.

I think all the religious people who have any violence in their respective holy texts should be sent to the nearest earth like planet to work out their differences. However they see fit.

What did I miss?

And yes, everyone should read Tom Clancy. One of my favorite authors.

Of course, but a beheading is quick and (largely) painless. Having your head sawed off with a hunting knife is about the worst thing I can imagine...

Aside from being a Kentucky football fan.

Ok, that was wrong.

Yes, people should remain ignorant about our enemies, and how they operate.

We should probably just give them money or something so they'll like us. That surely will fix it, right?

I used to think that most of these reported beheadings were a quick slice with a sword or something. Nope. They are almost always with a smallish knife and a sawing motion. The sickest part of the whole thing is how long the victim lives through this ordeal.

Yea, that's why I felt comfortable posting it. Unfortunately I saw the original on another site, figured this one would be better.

Ah. I just saw it was a nm responding to me, and wondered what it was.

I haven't read Clive Cussler. But also realy like Daniel Silva, Vince Flynn (RIP) and Brad Thor.
