Heartbreak, put your treadmill on 10 speed and start your incline at 2. Sprint 20 seconds and then walk a minute. Each rep after, raise your incline up one until you get to 10 incline. After that 20 seconds at ten speed and ten incline, you wil be spent. If not, just work your way down.

I will have to try that, Im probably use the treadmill until graduation. Then after that i'm moving for good to Kennesaw, so then the hills will become my cardio.

Ran my first sub 6 minute mile in a good while yesterday. Immediately regretted it.

its been nice being back in the gym again. I woke up at four pretty much all week, until today I got up at 5:30 because I'm in GA so really 4:30 back in la

Arms are up today, but i don't know if it will be apartment gym or maybe the la fitness down the road.

Im thinking it will split out to a mile running around the apartment complex because of the terrain here it should be a good workout.

Then:
Twisting bicep curls
paired with skull crushers

hammer curls
palm facing tricep ext

preacher curls
close grip bp

pull ups with hands facing toward me
dips

cable curl
tricep triangle push down

either high cable curl or behind back cable curl
one arm tricep push down

I thought they were along the lines of anytime fitness? But I haven't worked out in a gym in 27 years

I went to the one closest to my apartment. It did have an indoor pool and a sauna in the locker room. However, it was busy as frick so I didn't actually workout. I wasn't going to stand and wait for what I wanted. Its really small to for an la fitness, everything was just kind of laid out in the open.

I think I'm look at the anytime, its got the 24 hours which i like, but the lack of amenities like a hot tub and sauna is a bit of an issue for me.

cardio for the day done, it was a 24 minute mile on Kennesaw Mountain. It fricking stomped the shite out of me. I think its going to become my saturday and Sunday cardio most of the time once I'm here full time.

4.5 miles today. Consistent pace, which is about all I can hope for at this point.

saturday hiked Kennesaw mountain again

back to the 4 AM grindfest in the regular gym tomorrow. LA fitness is back at the top of my gym list because the anytime was way too small.

With as many parks and legitimately good hiking trails within spitting distance here, I need to get into hiking more. I hate just straight running/jogging and the treadmills makes me want to cry (of boredom). I just need to figure out where to start.
